We're glad you're here. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website and purchasing products from us.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, and other policies posted on our website.

We've tried to keep this as straightforward as possible because nobody enjoys reading legal jargon for fun.

Ghost Orchid Luxe is a brand operated by Ghost Orchid

Our website, products, designs, images, written content, branding, and other materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless we specifically give you permission otherwise.

✦ 2. Our Products

We make our products available as accurately as possible through our product descriptions, photographs, measurements, materials, and other information provided on our website.

Because many of our products are made to order, your finished item may have minor variations from the photographs or digital mockups shown on our website.

This may include slight differences in:

  • Color

  • Pattern placement

  • Texture

  • Grain

  • Natural material characteristics

  • Appearance caused by different screens or lighting

These types of variations do not necessarily mean that an item is defective.

For genuine leather products, natural variations in grain, texture, markings, and tone are normal characteristics of the material and may make each piece unique.

Most Ghost Orchid Luxe products are produced specifically after an order is placed.

This allows us to offer a wider range of designs without maintaining large amounts of inventory.

Because production begins specifically for your order, please carefully review your:

before placing your order.

Our made-to-order model is also why we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size.

✦ 4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in situations involving:

  • Product availability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect product information

  • Technical errors

  • Orders that violate these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an appropriate refund for the cancelled portion of the order.

We make every effort to ensure that our product prices and information are accurate.

However, occasional errors may occur.

If we discover a significant pricing or product-information error after an order has been placed, we may contact you before proceeding with the order.

If the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled at the listed price, we may cancel the order and provide a refund.

Some Ghost Orchid Luxe products may be customizable.

Customization availability depends on the product, collection, materials, production capabilities, and whether the piece is part of a Limited Edition collection.

If you would like a modification or customization that isn't listed on the product page, please contact us before placing your order.

We will let you know whether the request is possible.

Custom requests that have already entered production may not be able to be changed or cancelled.

✦ 7. Customer Ideas & Concepts

We love hearing creative ideas.

If you voluntarily share a concept, suggestion, design idea, or other creative concept with us, please understand that submitting an idea does not automatically create a confidential or exclusive relationship between you and Ghost Orchid Luxe.

However, we will not intentionally use a customer's concept as our own without permission when the customer has specifically indicated that the concept is theirs and has not given us permission to use it.

If you provide us with a concept and give us permission to develop or use it in our shop, we may do so.

When we use a customer-provided concept with their permission, we may offer the person who originally provided the concept the opportunity to purchase the first resulting piece at cost as a thank-you.

Any such arrangement will be confirmed with the customer separately.

✦ 8. Our Designs & Intellectual Property

The Ghost Orchid Luxe name, logo, branding, collection names, original designs, artwork, patterns, written content, photographs, product imagery, website content, graphics, and other original materials belong to Ghost Orchid Luxe or our respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, or commercially use our designs or content without our written permission.

Purchasing a product from Ghost Orchid Luxe gives you ownership of the physical product you purchased.

It does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, pattern, design, photography, branding, or intellectual-property rights associated with that product.

✦ 9. AI-Assisted Creative Work

Ghost Orchid Luxe may use artificial intelligence as a creative tool during portions of our design and visualization process.

AI may assist with concept development, visualization, creative exploration, and product mockups.

Our designs remain subject to human creative direction, editing, refinement, design decisions, product selection, and quality review.

We do not represent AI-generated material as replacing the human creative direction behind Ghost Orchid Luxe.

✦ 10. Website Content & Images

We work hard to make our website accurate and visually representative of our products.

Some product images may be digital mockups created to demonstrate the intended appearance of a finished product.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that our mockups accurately represent the products, but the final physical product may have minor variations.

You may not download, reproduce, alter, or commercially use our website images or content without permission.

✦ 11. Limited Edition Collections

Limited Edition collections are offered in limited quantities and may not be reproduced once the collection or product has sold out.

Because these products are made to order, Limited Edition items are subject to our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect products will still be addressed according to that policy.

Shipping and estimated delivery information is provided on our website and/or during checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

✦ 13. Returns, Exchanges & Defective Products

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Because our products are generally made to order, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, accidental orders, or changes of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the timeframe specified in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

✦ 14. Charitable Contributions

Ghost Orchid Luxe contributes a fixed amount from qualifying products sold from participating collections to the organization associated with that collection.

The contribution amount and organization may vary by collection and season.

Current information about our collection contributions can be found on our Organization Donations page.

Charitable contributions are made according to the process and schedule established by Ghost Orchid Luxe and may not necessarily occur at the exact time an individual order is placed.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You may not use our website to:

  • Commit or attempt to commit fraud

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Access information you are not authorized to access

  • Introduce malicious software or code

  • Attempt to disrupt our website or systems

  • Impersonate Ghost Orchid Luxe or another person

We do not require customers to provide positive reviews.

We may remove or decline to display content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, abusive, obscene, contains confidential personal information, is clearly unrelated to our business, or otherwise violates applicable law or our website rules.

We will not penalize a customer simply for leaving an honest negative review.

We will not claim ownership of your original content simply because you submitted it to us.
