Welcome to Ghost Orchid Luxe — the slightly darker, slightly stranger, and considerably more glamorous corner of Ghost Orchid Studio.
Luxe was created from a very simple idea:
What if the things we love could do a little more good?
Behind every collection is a person with a very big imagination, a love for beautiful things, a soft spot for the unconventional, and a pretty strong desire to build something that can make a difference — not only for my own family, but for other people, too.
Ghost Orchid Luxe is part of my journey toward creating something that can provide greater financial freedom for my family while also giving back along the way. That's why charity and community support aren't just occasional extras here. They're built into the heart of the brand.
Each collection has its own story, its own inspiration, and its own way of doing some good in the world. A portion of proceeds from every collection is contributed to a charity or organization connected to that collection's purpose and inspiration.
Because if we're going to make beautiful things, they might as well leave a little beauty behind.
Why Giving Back Matters
Building a business isn't only about making money.
For me, it's about creating possibilities.
Possibilities for my family.
Possibilities for a more secure future.
Possibilities to help other people.
And hopefully, possibilities to turn something I love creating into something that can have a meaningful impact beyond myself.
That's why every Ghost Orchid Luxe collection has a purpose beyond the product itself.
The organizations we support may change from collection to collection, because each story deserves to be connected to something meaningful.
Sometimes that connection may be deeply personal. Sometimes it may be inspired by a cause that deserves more attention. Sometimes it may simply be something I believe could use a little more support.
But the philosophy remains the same:
Create beautifully. Give intentionally. Leave something good behind.

Think rich textures, dramatic details, dark florals, mysterious patterns, unexpected little references, and pieces designed to feel like they belong somewhere between a candlelit ballroom and a beautifully haunted dream.
I love creating pieces that feel special rather than ordinary — things that make you stop scrolling for a second and think, Oh. That's different.
Every collection begins with an idea, a mood, a story, or sometimes just a wonderfully strange thought that refuses to leave my head.
And trust me...
There are a lot of those.
Crafted With Intention
Ghost Orchid Luxe is a made-to-order brand. Our pieces aren't sitting in a warehouse waiting for someone to take them home. Once you place your order, your piece is created specifically for you.
We work with carefully selected production partners who craft our pieces with care and attention to detail. When machinery is involved in the process, it is operated by a person rather than being fully automated.
For many of our Luxe pieces, particularly our leather handbags and premium products, this means your purchase isn't simply pulled from a shelf and placed in a box. It's crafted for you.
We carefully select the materials, construction, finishes, and production partners used for our products because we want the finished piece to feel worthy of the word Luxe.
And because we're a made-to-order brand, we're also able to avoid carrying large amounts of excess inventory and help reduce unnecessary overproduction and waste.
The Creative Process — Including My Questionable Drawing Skills
Here's a little behind-the-scenes honesty:
I have very detailed ideas.
I can see colors, textures, patterns, silhouettes, compositions, tiny details, moods, stories, and entire imaginary worlds in my head.
Unfortunately, my ability to draw those things by hand peaked somewhere around elementary school.
My artistic résumé currently includes approximately:
"Can draw a pretty convincing stick figure."
And honestly, even that stick figure may be pushing it.
So I use AI as one of the creative tools that helps me translate the ideas in my head into visual concepts.
AI can help me explore a composition, visualize an idea, develop a concept, or create a starting point for a design and mockup. But I don't simply take AI-generated work and call it finished.
The creative direction, concepts, storytelling, design decisions, editing, refinement, pattern development, product choices, and final vision come from me.
Think of AI as the ridiculously talented studio assistant I hired because my stick figures weren't cutting it.
I still have the creative director's chair.
And yes, I'm absolutely sitting in it dramatically.

Every collection is an opportunity to tell a different story.
Every design begins with an idea.
Every piece is chosen with intention.
And every purchase helps support something bigger than a pretty package arriving at your door.
